Broughton Hall Wedding | Kerrie & Errol

The first wedding of the season. The first of April.

The Broughton Hall estate, near Skipton in Yorkshire is absolutely beautiful. Rolling hills, new lambs skipping around and Kerrie and Errol's venues Eden and Utopia. Eden, a beautifully light renovated farmhouse, was their ceremony location. I absolutely loved that they chose to write their own vows and found myself welling up (I am basically a big bag of feelings after all!) as they made their promises. After being showered in their homemade leaf confetti (with some extra added trill bird food!) we headed down to Utopia. Their reception was decorated with simple, crisp details and constellations (referencing their new shared surname, Starr).

Thank you so much for the help and support you gave us in the build up and especially during our wedding day. We are really please that we picked you to be our photographer. You set us at ease on the pre-wedding shoot and offered so much more than photography on the day itself... one minute weather lady good enough for the BBC and the next a friend I never knew we had! You captured all the special moments for us, both the big important ones and lovely little ones, the atmosphere, emotion and personality in everything which we spent so long organising. It really does go by incredibly fast on the day and you were there to bring things back on track as the day moved through to night.
