Once it's all done and dusted, what happens next?
Sneak Peeks
In the first few days after your wedding I will share a little taster of your photos with you. I will post up a small selection on my blog, and sometimes share some shots on my social media, which you can easily share with your guests! If you'd prefer your previews to remain private please let me know!
Processing Time
It can take up to six weeks in busy periods for your images to be available on your online gallery. Once they're ready I will send you over a link! I get so excited when it's time for my couples to see the full set of photos, and it's always wonderful to hear what my couples think after they've taken a look.
Prints and Albums
Photos look so much better in print... something you can hold in your hands and put on display... something tangible to look back on in years to come. Your private gallery gives you the option of ordering professional quality prints from my favourite lab. Fine art albums are also available to order through me after the wedding.
Copyright and Image Use
I always retain copyright for the images I take. This is both to protect my work and to protect you. You get personal use rights for your photos, which covers everything most couples want from their images! You can upload them to social media, you can get prints or photobooks made... and so can any guests you share your gallery with. Your personal use rights don't cover editing the images with filters etc (cropping is fine) and don't cover commercial use. So, if one of your suppliers asks for images they need to contact me for permission. I'm mostly happy to be accommodating and offer options which are free of charge for suppliers, but there are some uses I would charge for so it's best to send them my way.
The Next Steps
My couples get a £30 discount on portrait shoots, couple shoots or family shoots! I love seeing my couples years down the line, finding out how their lives have changed and generally catching up with them! It makes me so happy when I see my old couples pop up on my facebook page, or I get email updates. Basically, you're the bees knees and please stay in touch?
